The Casio EX-F1 does up to 1200fps and the EX-FH20 does 1000fps.
Since this is the camera part, let’s assume that you’re talking about cameras. You’ll never find a camera that would shoot that quick. For five thousand dollars, you can shoot ten frames per second.
Camcorders are in a different realm. If you are referring to them, you should post this question in that part

Yeah Casio does have such a model with 1200fps but have you ever looked up the pixels. The resolution is so low you can hardly see any scene. High speed cameras with decent resolution are linking 5k and 10k USD.
