    I don’t reckon here are any consumer digital cameras with a fps of 2000 sec.

    Do you mean a shutter speed of 1/2000 sec?

    ECanon PowerShot A560 7.1MP Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom is pretty cheap.

    Exposure modes range from the fully manual, with access to a 15-1/2000th of a second shutter speed range and f/2.8-8 apertures, to the 13 scene modes – and all in linking.

    I usually check at the following link initially as this store usually saves me a few bucks.
